  I've known Jon for many years now, but it's only recently that I've found out that he cooks a mean Thai curry.

  Adrian is another of the eternally omnipresent afp bunch who's always turning up at meets. The fact that he tends to look way too young to be allowed in is another matter.
• Alex Ridge
  The eternally harassed Alex: "Why is it always Pick-On-Alex week?" (Just kidding, Alex)
• Claire Speed
  Claire may be seen on afp and asr where her distinctive *& smiley is known for confusing newbies. And no, we don't yet have a picture. Recently (4th May 1996), Claire got married. We were there.
• Colm Buckley
  Colm is a living example of that civilisation that flowered in Ireland in the dark ages, and that he now brings to afp.
• Joann Dominik
  Many women would like to look half their age. Of course, when you're only in your twenties, that isn't such a good idea.
• Joni Johnson
  Astronomer Joni has only manifested in Britain once. It may be just as well ... at least for our breweries. And she says the nicest things about me, too.
• Mark Lowes
  As one of the organisers of the Discworld Convention, Mark showed why he's known as the flying hamster.
• Rocky Frisco
  Musician, artist, writer and all-round nice guy, Rocky is one of the treasures of afp.
